Water Creates Life - Sponsor A Well.

In South Sudan, there are certain traditional ideas about women making it more difficult for women and girls to get an education than their male counterparts. Without clean water, millions of South Sudanese (mainly women and children) must trek miles every day to collect water from ponds, marshes, ditches or hand-dug wells. This water is often contaminated with parasites and disease-bearing bacteria. As a result, scores of adults and children die each year from diarrhea and water-related illnesses such as the deadly guinea-worm disease - a major cause of suffering. With your help, the "Water Creates Life" project can drill water wells to provide with access to clean water.
